Our Program Philosophy
We believe all children should have access to a fun, caring and safe environment. Our program engages children and promotes individual areas of development by offering a diverse range of experiences and play based opportunities. Each child’s individuality is valued, respected, promoted and encouraged.
We welcome all families and children to access and participate in our program. We are an inclusive program and are adaptive to all children’s needs. We are committed to providing guidance, support and training to staff. Be a positive role model to children and play a supportive role to parents and children using the program. Our program is made up of a diverse range of children, families and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds and beliefs, all of which are valued and respected.
We believe:
-
Children are encouraged to develop their own strengths and interests through play.
-
Each child is unique.
-
Children will develop a strong sense of belonging and identity when they feel safe and secure within their environment.
-
Children, educators and families are invited to collaborate with the program, which strengthens children’s communication, confidence and competence. Which encourages children to become effective communicators, confident and competent individuals.
